Credits
Paid requests draw on prepaid credits. You add credits in USDC on Solana: your account has its own deposit address, so you can send from any wallet or exchange. One USDC adds one US dollar, less the top-up fee: 2.5% below $1,000 of total top-ups, 2% from $1,000, 1.5% from $10,000 and 1% from $100,000. Your account page shows the fee and the credit before you send. Credits are non-refundable. Deposits are not open for real money yet.
Your balance and every deposit are on your Account page, or:
curl "$BASE_URL/credits" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $API_KEY"Pricing
You pay per token: prompt tokens and completion tokens at the endpoint's prices, shown per million tokens on each model page. Models from a provider cost exactly the provider's price. Amounts are kept in whole millionths of a dollar. You are charged only for an answer you receive after its checks pass. Requests with your own provider key cost $0 on Zalmir. Current rules: Pricing.
Before a request runs, Zalmir reserves its maximum cost and releases the rest afterwards. Without enough credit you get 402 insufficient_credits and nothing is sent.

-H "Authorization: Bearer $API_KEY"API keys
Keys start with zmk_ and are shown once. Your account has one active key at a time: rotating replaces it immediately, and revoking stops it. Pages show only its first 12 fingerprint characters.
Spending limits per key
Set a US dollar limit on a key with a daily, weekly, monthly or lifetime reset (UTC days, weeks starting Monday, calendar months). Reserved amounts count. When the limit is reached, requests get 429 key_limit_exceeded and nothing is sent. A rotated key starts without a limit.
curl "$BASE_URL/key" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $API_KEY"Rate limit
Up to 30 paid requests a minute per account; more returns 429 rate_limit_exceeded.
